POSITION OVERVIEW:

The "Associate Attorney, Business Immigration (O-1/EB-1/EB-2 NIW)" is responsible for preparing O-1/EB-1/EB-2 NIW cases. This includes drafting sample recommendation letters, Letters of Support, forms, compiling case packets, etc., under supervision of Partners. The Associate Attorney will also be responsible for overseeing a team of Immigration Paralegals. This is a hybrid position, and will require 3 days in-office at our Dallas, TX office.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain ongoing communication with the client regarding their case by e-mail and phone.

• Compile strategy and communicate to client and team members

• Identify necessary documentation required from petitioner and beneficiary.

• Work with clients, and request information and documentation from the client in a timely manner.

• Draft supporting documentation, including petitioner/beneficiary letters, affidavits, etc.

• Fill out forms.

• Compile the case, including forms, supporting documentation, and exhibits.

• Review Paralegal work and carry responsibility for edits and case preparation

• Evaluate cases and assist in the preparation of the strategy.


WORK EXPERIENCE:

• You absolutely must have significant and recent experience in drafting O-1/EB-1/EB-2 NIW petitions. You are joining a specialized team that only does this.


MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

• JD or LLM
