Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Managed Service Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT managed services and solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and closing sales to help our clients achieve their technology goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and referrals.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth transitions for new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our IT managed services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, network management, and more.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery for newly onboarded clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success in IT managed services.
  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Connectwise, HubSpot).
