RealREPP, is currently teaming with a growing family law firm in San Diego, Ca to assist them in hiring for an Senior Trial Attorney. As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody and support, and other related matters. You will represent clients in court and negotiate settlements on their behalf. You will also be responsible for managing a team of associate attorneys and paralegals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Litigate a family law matter from start to finish with courtroom experience.
  • Develop family law cases by conducting research on various issues
  • Have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings
  • Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Track and manage billable hours and ensure all aspects of client and case management are properly met

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in trial work
  • You should be highly skilled in litigation, with excellent research and writing abilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in trial work, with at least 5 years of experience practicing family law.
  • Experience managing a team is a plus.
