We want your knowledge and expertiseJob Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Dietitian works under the direction of the Clinical Nutrition Services Manager to ensure that patient’s nutritional needs are met. Visits, screens and prioritizes patient care based on acuity level, affecting the nutritional care of patients. Assesses nutritional needs, develops and implements nutritional care, and evaluates and reports these results appropriately. Coordinates these activities with the department’s management team, cooperating with other areas of the department. Serves as a role model for the department. What qualifications you will need:Registered Dietician with the American Dietetic Association RequiredLicensure with the State of Florida, Department of Professional Regulation, Board of Medicine RequiredDegree in Human Nutrition or related area requiredOne year of experience in healthcare nutrition management requiredMust be able to speak, write, and read in English HCA Florida JFK North Hospital is a 280-bed acute care facility. We have a 124-bed behavioral health unit. We are located in West Palm Beach, FL. HCA Florida JFK North Hospital has served the healthcare needs of Palm Beach County for 46 years. Our services include a 24-hour Emergency Department, Advanced Primary Certified Stroke Center, Orthopedic Institute, Critical Care Unit and an Interventional Vascular Suite.
