McBride Hospital seeks a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Sonographer to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:- Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including echocardiograms and non-invasive vascular imaging, under the direction of a Radiologist and/or Physician.
- Utilize independent judgment and initiative to complete procedures efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Perform all types of general ultrasound procedures, echocardiograms, and non-invasive procedures.
- Use time, energy, and resources wisely to function within the approved budget for the Radiology Department.
- Perform all work according to the mission, vision, and values of McBride Hospital.
- Current ARDMS certification or registry eligibility with the ability to pass the registry within 18 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Documented competency in echo and non-invasive vascular imaging.
- One year of experience preferred.
