Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, labeling, and stocking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and organize products within the warehouse, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Take regular inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Create and update spreadsheets to track inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments, and stock levels.
  • Assist in the receiving, unloading, and inspection of shipments.
  • Ensure all products are labeled correctly and match purchase orders.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met and orders are fulfilled accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • May perform other related tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (up to [insert weight limit]).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management systems and procedures is a plus.
