Aramark UK on behalf of Sussex County Cricket Club, the world’s oldest professional sports club, is looking for a seasoned, decisive and commercial General Manager to lead the team and take full accountability for outstanding food and beverage operations atThe 1st Central County Ground in the heart of Hove. Our historic venue hosts thrilling cricket matches, including T20 clashes and County Championship fixtures, as well as large-scale concerts and corporate events. From serving matchday crowds to providing VIP hospitality, this is a chance to be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Regional Director, will work closely with the senior leadership team to align closely with the venues brand vision, values, culture, and processes to enable the development and delivery of the food. This is a high-profile opportunity for a dynamic senior and inspirational hospitality professional, experienced in food and beverage delivery. We seek a real ‘people person’ and ‘foodie’, with rounded leadership skills and a focus on delivering consistency of quality and innovation. Responsible for all operational processes and delivering exceptional food and guest experience.
