We're on the search for a diligent Paralegal to assist one of our clients on a temporary basis to start, with the possibility of going permanent. Qualified candidates will have a passion for the legal field and prior experience

Responsibilities and day-to-day:

  • Analyze claims and prepare analysis letters for adjusters and/or experts.
  • Subpoena medical records and other investigative documents.
  • Summarize medical records.
  • Hearing preparation including but not limited to exhibits, reference documents, and research as needed by attorney(s).
  • Prepare documents for Expert/Expert contact.
  • File management.
  • E-filing; MDEC, DC.
  • Proficient with billing time keeping/billing hours.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Associates’ degree or equivalent years of experience, or background in Paralegal Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years’ law firm experience.
  • Proven performance in the pre-litigation process.
  • Experienced and skilled in computer systems in a windows and Microsoft based environment.
  • Ability to learn new software systems easily.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
  • Superior listening, oral and written skills.
