Job Title: Vice President of AI, Genie AI Technology Platform

Location: Palo Alto / Remote USA

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the product owner and architect for the GenieAI technology platform, which powers the Wadhwani Foundation's initiatives across all programs.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and vision for the GenieAI platform, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of the Foundation's programs.
  • Lead the architecture and design of the platform, overseeing the technology development team to deliver innovative, AI-powered capabilities.
  • Integrate Eureka AI technology into the GenieAI platform to enhance features and functionalities, driving increased effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with AI leaders across the Symphony AI group as part of the AI Innovation Council to share best practices and leverage synergies within the broader AI community.
  • Represent the GenieAI platform externally, promoting its capabilities and benefits to key stakeholders, including government partners and industry leaders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI technology, translating insights into actionable strategies for the Genie platform.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in AI product management and architecture, preferably within the education, workforce development, or job-related technology sectors.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, natural language processing, and conversational interfaces, with a proven ability to implement these technologies in real-world applications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading the development and deployment of large-scale, enterprise-grade AI platforms, focusing on user experience and scalability.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in AI-powered education and workforce development technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging technical and business requirements effectively.
  • A genuine passion for using AI to drive social impact and a commitment to the Wadhwani Foundation's mission of empowering individuals through job creation and skill development.
