To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Hardware Supplier Manager to our Atlanta team.

The Job

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Supplier Manager to lead our supply chain efforts in sourcing and managing relationships with hardware suppliers. you’ll be the primary point of contact with our project managers, Solution Engineers, Innovation Engineers, Product Managers, Supply Chain Specialists and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supplier management, and the hardware industry related to warehouse automation and autonomous mobile robots, with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.



Responsibilities:

· Identify and evaluate potential hardware suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure collaboration and support.

· Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms.

· Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, including quality metrics, delivery timelines, and cost management.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to suppliers to foster continuous improvement.

· Collaborate closely with product development, innovation, and project teams to align supplier capabilities with product requirements.

· Ensure that suppliers adhere to industry standards and regulations regarding quality and safety.

· Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.

· Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:

· Proven experience in hardware supplier management or procurement within the warehouse automation industry.

· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin.


Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree or certification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience in the autonomous mobile robot industry is a plus.

· Familiarity with quality assurance standards and practices (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
