The tech and what you'll be doing


As an Laboratory Associate, you will:


  • Perform advanced analytical assays using flow cytometry, ddPCR, ELISA, and cell culture to characterize viral vectors.
  • Collaborate with lead scientists on method development and assay qualification.
  • Document experimental findings and manage lab materials and inventory.
  • Engage with cutting-edge technologies to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Work across functions, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to support projects and achieve shared goals.


The skills you will need


Laboratory Associate candidates should bring:


Essential skills:

  • A degree (Associate, BS, or MS) in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical labs or related industries.
  • Expertise in molecular biology techniques, including PCR, ELISA, and cell culture.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication.
  • Adaptability and emotional intelligence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Desired skills:

  • Familiarity with flow cytometry and working in BSL 2/2.5 environments.
