Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • A person in this position will be required to work with and across teams of analysts to provide advanced level support for their customers.
  • Performs advanced system configuration changes and maintenance to support the
  • lifecycle of the application.
  • Recommends design enhancements and changes for complex systems. Required to mentor other staff and lead teams.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Skills-Epic Cadence Certified required, 4 plus year with Epic build experience and Must have a bachelor's degree at minimum.
  • Great communication skills oral and written, Proficient in Microsoft tools. ​Perfor
  • ms operational support, maintenance and system configuration as defined in departmental operating procedures.Identi
  • fies, analyzes and resolves data and system issues of advanced complexity.Works
