Salesforce nCino Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

  • Extensive experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation expertise with nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, nCino Portal Salesforce configuration etc.
  • Must have prior implementation experience at other banks.
  • Leads solution design activities of complex requirements, participates in functional workshops to build out the functional Epic/story backlogs.
  • Experience working in agile methodology – Jira, User story creation and management
  • Responsible for running Discovery sessions for onboarding new lines of business onto Salesforce/nCino origination platform.


Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business-related area or equivalent combination of similar education and experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar discipline for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading transformational CRM projects.
  • 3+ years’ Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and/or custom development across the suite of Salesforce products.
  • Expert presentation and communication skills to both create and deliver top-quality presentations and demos to a broad audience including C-Suite to technical teams.
  • 5-7 years of salesforce experience.
  • Salesforce Active Certification is Must.
  • Experience working on Sales and Service cloud.


Certifications:

  • nCino Commercial Banking 201 / 301(preferred) Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Salesforce Admin.
  • Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Service Cloud Consultant.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Documenting user stories and requirements provided by the business for implementation within nCino.
  • Update and maintain existing artifact documentation to ensure enhancements/changes that are made are reflected in solution related documentation.
  • Provide testing support, as needed, for UAT and business signoff.
  • This could include staging a scenario or test data for the business or provide guidance to the business-on-business related validations/testing.
  • Ability to document various types of flows using Visio or a comparable tool as needed to support business requirements and processes.
  • The resource will be expected to have strong knowledge of the Commercial Lending capabilities of the nCino platform and be able to quickly learn and understand functionality and capabilities to support business needs, stories, requirements, etc.
