Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Data Specialist to join our CARD (Campaign Analytics and Reporting Division) team. This role will focus on leveraging data and technology to support and optimize marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong programming expertise in Python, in-depth experience with Adobe Experience Cloud suite, and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies in the Automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Extract, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources to support campaign initiatives.
  • Campaign Execution: Use Adobe Campaign to design, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Automation: Develop scripts in Python to automate data workflows, campaign execution, and reporting processes.
  • Audience Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create highly targeted audience segments for personalized campaigns.
  • Integration: Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate Adobe Campaign with internal databases, CRMs, and APIs.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate insights from campaign performance data, creating actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve campaign strategies through testing, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing data analysis or a similar role in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in Python for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying databases.
  • Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Adobe Campaign or related tools.
