JURISolutions is seeking an experienced IP litigator for an engagement with our boutique firm client located in the Philadelphia area, although the position does allow for remote work. This role will consist of general IP litigation support including conducting legal research and fact investigation, drafting pleadings and other substantive documents, drafting and responding to written discovery and trial preparation, among other, related responsibilities. A technical background and experience with international arbitration are preferred but not required.


This engagement is full-time/40hrs per week and will last at least two months, with the possibility of extension and potentially permanent hire. Applicants must be actively barred and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.

Our compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $90 per hour (equivalent of $175.5k/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
