Job Title: Foreman

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee daily operations on commercial construction sites. The Foreman will lead and coordinate on-site crews, ensure project schedules and quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. This role is pivotal in delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work aligns with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and direct site crews, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor site progress and quality, resolving issues to minimize delays or rework.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
  • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager, providing updates on project status, labor, and materials.
  • Maintain and review daily logs, reports, and schedules.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration and professionalism.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial construction, with a track record of successfully completed projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe worksite.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
