We are seeking an APP Clinical Manager to act as a liaison between the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery providers and the service line leadership. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery department in Greater Indianapolis.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-4:30pm
- No weekends or call
- 5% inpatient; 95% outpatient
- Team includes 25 physicians and 16 advanced practice providers
Responsibilities:
- APP Clinical Managers oversee APP scheduling, professional development opportunities, recruitment, coordinating onboarding for new hires, clinical supervision, and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree required
- Must be BC
- ACNP, CNS, FNP, NNP, PNP, WHNP, certification required
- APP Leader or team leader in primary or surgical practice preferred
- Academic practice experience preferred
- A new graduate would be considered assuming the individual has leadership experience in Nursing or appropriate medical leadership role
