Primary Responsibilities of Disaster Restoration Crew Chief/Crew Leader:

  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
  • Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
  • Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
  • Manage and control costs of production projects.
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.


Position Requirements of Disaster Restoration Crew Chief/Crew Leader:

  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • Ability to use company provided iPad and iPhone for photos and paperwork
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
  • Medical fitness to wear a respirator and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment
  • Ability to drive company vehicle locally to jobsites from our shop
  • Sign up optional for out of state work when available


Candidates with the following experience/background are encouraged to apply: restoration, construction, mitigation, fire responders, janitorial, demolition


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
