Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque internationale basée sur Casablanca, un Lead Reprise & Bascule, rattaché à l’entité COO / SOLUTIONS, afin de l’accompagner dans la création de sa filière Opérations, structure ayant vocation à driver la transformation des Back Office et à assurer un pilotage centralisé des opérations de la banque dans un objectif d’amélioration de la qualité de service, maitrise des risques opérationnels et optimisation des coûts de traitement.
Missions:
- Coordonne avec les Métiers
- Coordonne avec les éditeurs système cible et système source
- Expose les exigences Métier
- Pilotage des activités de la reprise
- Spécification des règles de transformation & mapping des données
- Tests unitaires
- Support à l’analyse des anomalies
- Instruit les points à valider au niveau de la structure permanente
- Pilotage de la certification qualitative et quantitative des données
- Elaboration du plan d’action bascule
- Pilotage des Répétitions Générales, et de la bascule
- Validation recette utilisateurs
- Elaboration de la stratégie de bascule
- Elaboration et enrichissement du chronogramme de bascule
- Pilotage des répétitions générales Pilotage du go-live
- Elaboration de la stratégie de reprise
- Pilotage des activités du stream de la bascule
Profil recherché:
- Ingénieur (BAC+5 ou plus) en informatique, ayant minimum 10 ans d’expérience bancaire.
- Aisance dans la communication écrite et Orale.
Domaines d’expertise :
- Bonne connaissance du domaine bancaire Retail (Produits et Vente).
- Bonne connaissance du processus de la reprise des données
- Bonne connaissance du processus de la bascule
- Gestion de la relation projet avec les différents acteurs projet internes et externes, ainsi que Coordination entre les différents acteurs du projet. Maitrise des méthodologies projets
- Connaissances informatiques transversales : bases de données ; réseau ; Système ; nouvelles technologies etc.
