Parts Associate

At RideNow Powersports, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and top-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a Parts Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, maintaining an organized inventory, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for powersports and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts
• Maintain an organized inventory of parts and accessories
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure proper parts selection
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Track and manage customer orders and backorders

Requirements

• Prior experience in a parts associate or similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of powersports parts and accessories
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet
• Experience with computerized inventory systems is a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
