Responsibilities

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for performing various daily administrative and operational tasks such as call intake, organizing meetings, supply orders, inventory, general documentation, appointment scheduling and day to day upkeep of incoming requests. Most work will be handled remotely from an imaging center or home office, about 25% of travel may be required to attend meetings or provide administrative support during system related go live events. This position also requires running local errands to ship packages and pick up orders. Experience with scheduling, inventory management or a CRM tool is also desirable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Provides technical assistance functions to the IT department.· Assists and supports IT managers and directors in their daily tasks.· Provides technical assistance to escalation teams and technicians in administrative matters.· Maintains and manages relevant technical databases.· Maintains and manages technical files and records in an organized manner.· Organizes and schedules administrative meetings with technical persons.· Provides administrative support to customers in technical matters.· Troubleshoots and resolves customers’ complex technical problems.· Ensures compliance of corporate guidelines in technical administrative assistant functions.
  • Responsible for assisting team members with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolution of helpdesk tickets submitted by staff, including time tracking, documentation of work performed and direct communication with users.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
  • Must have one of the following: a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT, Helpdesk or technical support.
  • In depth knowledge of common software, including Microsoft Office, Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008 R2, Server 2016/2019 preferred.
  • Must possess the intelligence and energy to tackle and learn new tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Demands:

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Must be able to use a computer and other office machinery including copiers, scanners and computer software. The position requires the ability to travel (~25% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.
