Parts Counterperson

With our new facility coming soon we are currently looking to hire a Parts Counterperson. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and forging long term, repeat business relationships with all of our customers.

Qualifications:

• good computer skills

• ability to learn and work with automotive software
• strong customer focus
• experience in an automotive parts position
• wholesale and retail experience preferred

Job Duties:

• assist service techs in selecting parts

• respond to customer parts & information requests
• order and receive parts
• answer phones
• wait on customers
• stock bins
• issue credit for returns
• maintain parts inventory & reference materials
• maintain cleanliness of counter areas
• keep current on new products & product updates
• set up orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up
• maintain customer back-order file
• stock parts in inventory
