Job Description: Dental Treatment Coordinator


We are looking for a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for helping patients achieve their oral health goals. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding patients through the treatment process, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.

Responsibilities:


- Meet with patients to discuss treatment plans and financial options

- Coordinate patient care with dental providers and specialists as needed

- Track patient progress and follow up with patients as needed

- Answer patient questions and address concerns about treatment

- Schedule appointments and manage patient records

- Maintain accurate billing and insurance records

- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and positive experience




Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing codes
