We distribute our fresh arrivals 6 days a week to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, schools and institutions throughout Ohio, Central Pennsylvania and Northern West Virginia. Essential Functions:
- Handles approximately 200-300 cases per shift
- Accountable for quality of all repacked/split case products in the warehouse
- Must be well organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency to get things done quickly
- Clean and sanitized prep table, tools and work area as measured by periodic warehouse QA inspections
- Document daily inventory, repack work order form and product waste form
- Flexible attitude, pays attention to details, and takes pride in doing a job well
- Report quality or warehouse issues and/or master case damage to supervisor.
- Accurately slot or stage all finished repack products.
- Assist Sorting Department for support as needed.
Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Speak and write English satisfactorily
- Valid identification or driver’s license (if appropriate)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Active listening skills
Physical Demands:
- Stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in cold and wet cooler environment for extended periods of time
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday
- Schedule: 6:00am – finish
- 34-40 hours per week
Compensation:
- $15.00/hour
