Are you a social media savvy individual with a passion for creating engaging content? Think Tell Junction is looking for an Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our vibrant team in Miami, FL. As a Social Media Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to bring our brand to life across various social platforms and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
  • Help track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
