Sounds Good? (We think so, too) Here's what you would do:

• Lead fun, safe and educational yoga classes that align with the healthy living program and objectives
• Understands different health needs, observes and adjusts approach to support all participants' capabilities, physical conditions, and objectives.
• Educates members on safe techniques and guidelines.
• Greet and encourage all members and orients new participants.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Build community through forming positive relationships through learning members names and helping members reach their Health & Wellness goals.

"Ok, I'm sold" What do I need to qualify?

• Current 200YTT certificate
• CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification through American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or ASHI. Certification may be obtained either in person or through a blended mode. Courses completed 100% online will not meet this requirement. Certification must be maintained and current at all times
• Physical ability to lead and participate in exercise/fitness activities
• Ability to deal with a diverse group of individuals.
• Strong Communication skills and the capability to work with members of all fitness levels and abilities
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles
