Responsibilities:
- Operate the Loader and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner to support construction operations.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train new employees to safely operate the loader and other heavy equipment.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings while operating the Loader on public or private roadways.
- Understand and adhere to guidelines concerning ground disturbance to prevent any issues.
- Follow directions from supervisors regarding assigned work areas and tasks.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Loader.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to support project requirements.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Quarry Work and Equipment Operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certifications or licenses for heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
