As a Housekeeping Inspector with Superhost Hospitality at Everhome Suites Glendale Arizona, you play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborating with housekeeping teams to address any discrepancies and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff for continuous improvement.
• Assisting in training new housekeeping team members on cleanliness standards and procedures.
• Upholding a high level of attention to detail to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot cleanliness discrepancies and ensure quality standards are met.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred.
• Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
