As part of the Dining Services Team at Oakdale Rehabilitation, providing an exceptional dinning experience for our residents and patience is very important. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment are key to be successful in this role.
The pay range for this position: $15 - $17 an hour.
- Assemble and deliver floor supplies.
- Assist in tray assembly and deliver carts to nursing or dining areas.
- General cleaning as scheduled.
- Properly put away all deliveries of food and supplies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Serve foods to residents in Dining Room.
- Attend in-service meetings
- Serve PM snack wagon/AM continental Breakfast if indicated.
- Operate the dishwasher using proper methods in sanitizing.
This position:
Reports to: Dining Service Director/Manager or Cook in the absence of F.S.D.
Education: Read, write, and understand English
Experience: Preferred but not required
Work Standards:
- Accurate tray assembly
- Efficient use of time to complete assigned work.
- Follow departmental procedures including sanitation, safety, and cleaning schedules.
- Function as a team member.
