• Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs
• Have healthy competition with other Proteges and agencies
• Generate new business with warm leads provided by your Agent
• Build relationships through marketing and networking referrals
• Meet sales goals set by you and your Mentor Agent
• Attend University of Farmers Protege online training
• Participate in District training, coaching, workshops & roundtables

• Possess or obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Possess or obtain, within 45 days of hire, a General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO TX Insurance license
• Motivated and determined to succeed, meet or exceed premium goals for the Protege Program
• Sales experience or a client-facing sales background is a plus
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a professional demeanor
• Pass a criminal and financial background check
