Are you looking for a rewarding career in the Automotive industry to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills and local expertise? Our thriving service department is looking for a friendly and trustworthy individual to be our new concierge. You are the first person to meet guests upon arrival and will be responsible for keeping customers update in our service department. Our ideal applicant has exceptional attention to detail and a strong desire to ensure that our visitors have a wonderful stay at our dealership. Apply now if this describes you

Compensation:

$16/hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Answer any issues or complaints made by guests and come up with solutions quickly
  • Take and distribute messages or mail, and reroute calls by answering the phone and making reservations
  • Receive guests upon arrival, welcome them to the property, and confirm their reservations
  • Function as a contact point for guests seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations
Qualifications:
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • Knowledge of the local area to make recommendations for a variety of services
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills
