NEEDED 3+ years RECENT ADULT ECHOCARDIOGRAM SONOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. CREDENTIALS/EDUCATION REQUIRED: BLS (AHA,) plus either a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS). Graduate from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program strongly preferred. Epic experience very helpful. Responsible for diagnostic cardiac or vascular ultrasound that results in providing the cardiologist with measurements and accurate images of cardiac structures in order for the physician to provide accurate diagnosis. Provides "immediate feedback" with preliminary reports of critical results to the nurses and physicians in the health system is critical for life saving treatment intervention. Assists the physician with studies and aids them in proceeding with complex procedures to decrease potential associated procedural risks including procedures in the OR, Hybrid lab, Cath lab and CAD, to include TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement), SAVR (Surgical Aortic Valve Replacement), Tandem heart, and Lariet procedures. Experience in TTE (inpatient and outpatient) TEE, structural imagining, ECMO, and Impella placement experience preferred.Safety sensitive position: Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA), safety sensitive position is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position. This statute allows employers to lawfully refuse to hire applicants for safety-sensitive jobs or to discipline or discharge employees who work in safety- sensitive jobs if they test positive for marijuana, even if they have a valid license to use medical marijuana. PROFILE MUST HAVE SFHS SUBMISSION COVER SHEET or will be declined. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A PERMANENT ADDRESS GREATER THAN 100 MILES FROM FACILITY
