 JOB TITLE: TEMP Human Resources Coordinator

FACILITY LOCATION:  Long Island, NY

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE 

UCare Staffing LLC, a direct-hire and executive search firm partnered with one of the largest manufacturing companies in the world They have a need for a temp Human Resources Coordinator. This candidate will be reporting to their Long Island, NY office. Candidate MUST have ADP Workforce Now experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • I9 Verification
  • Verification of Employment forms
  • Processing terminations
  • Reconciling invoices
  • Filing/scanning 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strict confidentiality a must Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Teamwork and customer service skills
