Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in construction, restoration, or a service-related industry
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior leadership or supervisory skills required
  • Ability to train, coach, mentor, and develop subordinates
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple activities and priorities
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, and technical problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and selling skills, both verbal and written
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools, as well as an understanding of emerging relevant technology
  • Other duties as required
