  • 5+ years of U.S. and foreign patent paralegal experience - thorough knowledge of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, including deadlines and all forms of patent documents; ability to independently oversee patent docketing matters, patent prosecution, and related projects; and expertise with the Anaqua IP management system or other patent docketing databases; biotech experience a plus
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree required
  • Paralegal certificate a plus
  • Notary Public or willingness to obtain Notary Public certification required
  • Hourly rate range: $29.23-$45.67; company benefits package provided
