Exciting opportunity to join our team as our Banquet Chef.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food for banquets and special events according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Coordinate food preparation and production with other kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented in a timely manner.
  • Monitor food quality and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food service principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and shift management.
