Job Summary
The Business Processor will ensure superior customer service to existing clients and prospects. The BP will perform industry-specific tasks such as application submission and account transfer follow-up, client service work, and database management.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely and accurate entering of new contracts and dealer agreements
Scan/upload various documents regarding contracts and dealer account information
EMAIL/print and mail customer acceptance cards
Create and distribute dealer invoices
Handle requests for contract transfers
Manage E-Fax and Business processing inboxes and handle/direct inquiries as needed
Examine, identify, and resolve contracts for missing or incorrect information to ensure completeness
Enter or update all information from incoming or existing contracts in appropriate systems and/or logs
Occasionally price contracts which require special handling
Verify validity of contract exceptions
Identify opportunity areas regarding improperly submitting business and forward to appropriate parties for resolution
Assist in monthly close-out functions
Proactively communicates with key stakeholders (i.e vehicle owner, dealers, territory managers, etc.) to ensure best-in-class claims experience
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent file documentation
Monitor call queues and ensure agent availability through proper use of AUX codes
Anticipates and meets all customer needs both internal and external
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is desirable
1-2 years of work experience required; Call Center environment is desired
Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a high pressure, deadline driven environment
Proficient mathematical skills
Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in typing, computer software including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and all internal and external processing systems and resources
