Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is extremely knowledgeable about our products and services, the industry, and our market. He or she presents products and services to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale. In addition, the Sales Representative maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service. Previous sales experience (in any industry) is highly preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Analyzes market, identifies viable target clients, reaches decision makers, and drives closure
• Develops sales strategies and assists in developing sales presentation materials
• Delivers presentations in person, by phone, and by webinar
• Plans and manages workload and appointment schedules
• Maintains accurate sales documentation
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products, accessories, and enhancements
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
• Sales experience a plus (any industry)
• Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Excellent customer service focus
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and others
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
