VNA Care is hiring Per Visit Home Health Occupational Therapists for our Southborough Team.

Territory: Metrowest

Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Experience Preferred

• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Home Care experience.
