Description

Seeking an experienced Agilist Trainer to support the Lean-Agile Coaching Program Implementation Clinical Informatics and Data Management Office of Health Informatics within the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Provide training for all organizational levels for the large scale implementation of agile practices including but not limited to SAFe.

Requirements

Education and Certifications:

• Requires a minimum of an Associates Degree.
• Requires a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) Certification.

Experience:

• At least seven (7) years experience leading agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations.
• At least three (3) years experience training organizations in agile methodologies.
• Gold-certified.
• Demonstrate superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise.
