Responsibilities:

• PART TIME POSITION 2-3 DAYS A WEEK. SHIFT STARTS AT 4:00PM,
• Patrol property, seawall, and clubhouse store elevator pads after 6 pm
• Post notices/flyers at mailrooms/elevators and hand-deliver
• Replace building walkway lights and complete light checks for entire buildings on a rotating schedule
• Secure pool umbrellas and arrange deck furniture
• Check gas grills not in use
• Complete work orders for maintenance and incident reports when necessary
• Receive packages after hours
• Distribute Monthly Quarterdecks and cone off back gate
• Secure Clubhouse

Education and Experience:

• High School Degree or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Standing 25%, walking 25%, sitting 50%.
• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
