VW Product Specialist

The VW Specialist supports sales representatives before, during, and after the customer sale with a focus on the customer product experience. This position is responsible for explaining VW technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon delivery of the car.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product demonstration of VW vehicle features
• Answers clients questions regarding VW products
• Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up
• Performs test drives as needed
• Help customers set up mobile apps
• Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
