Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRole: The Campus Administrator is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining all RLR program records and effective communication with participants and staff members regarding camping, weekend retreats, community events and animal assisted programming. The successful candidate will have a servant’s heart and be energized by highly detailed activities, consistent follow-up, and clear and accurate communication. This individual will work closely with and support the leadership team at Rising Light Ridge.
Major Responsibilities· Facilitate implementation and integration of software necessary for participant, staff and volunteer application and registration, including financial reports· Ensure all necessary forms are created and deployed as needed· Organize and send camp information and packets to participants· Coordinate camper and staff paperwork· Manage communication with participants, staff, volunteers, community partners and vendors as needed· Document and maintain accurate records· Maintain campus participant database· Must have the ability to prepare online and printed forms· Effectively utilize registration and office software· Ensure effective follow up prior to, during and following camps and other events· Partner with other staff on projects and other tasks as needed and at the direction of the President and CEO.
Experience and Qualifications:· Experience in an office, camp, or school environment· Bachelor Degree preferred· Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally· Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously· Strong computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SaaS applications· Ability to adapt in a quickly changing environment· Maintain compliance with Mission, Vision and Values and Statement of Faith of TTF and RLR· Must pass comprehensive background check
