What You’ll Be Doing:
- Patient Care: Perform nursing tasks under the guidance of RNs, physicians, and mid-level providers.
- Administer Medications: Follow patient care plans and monitor reactions to ensure the best outcomes.
- Support Rehabilitation: Assist with rehabilitation programs and activities to help patients recover and thrive.
- Confidentiality: Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Provide care that respects patients’ cultural diversity and age.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program and a current, unencumbered license in your state.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in the last three years.
- Certifications: Current BLS or CPR & 1st Aid Certification, and a recent TB test or Quantiferon.
- Screening: Ability to pass background and drug screenings, with a possible employment physical depending on location.
Working Conditions:
- Dynamic Work Sites: Be prepared for a variety of environments, with potential exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other materials.
- Physical Demands: May involve pushing carts, moving equipment, and assisting with patient transport.
