We are looking for Pickers/Packers.


Location - El Mirage

Pay : $20.75 hourly

1st shift: 5am - 3.30pm

2nd shift : 3.30pm-2am


Job Responsibilities

  • Sorting and preparing the material for processing
  • Assists in maintaining an organized and logical yard
  • Help perform preventative maintenance work
  • Operate various material-moving equipment including overhead cranes, jib cranes, hand carts, pallet jacks and use a wide variety of associated shop equipment and tooling throughout the facility.
  • Consistent walking and climbing are required as part of the material handling process.
  • Responsible for employee and customer safety in and around the work area
  • Willing to cross-train in other positions and assist other employees as needed
  • Free On the job training also provided for growth in career
Requirements:
  • Able to work outside in the heat for extensive period. Water stations available throughout the site
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy material if needed
  • Able to stand for long period of time
  • Be able to work as a team player
  • Ability to withstand loud settings
  • Receive and following verbal directions
  • Ability to performing manual intensive labor
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
