Job Title: Junior Commercial/Residential HVAC Technician

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Commercial/Residential HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential buildings.
2. Collaborate with experienced technicians to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, lubricating moving parts, and inspecting electrical components.
4. Assist in diagnosing malfunctions and repairing or replacing defective parts as necessary.
5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
7. Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers in a professional manner.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program is preferred.
2. Previous experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair is advantageous but not required.
3. Basic understanding of HVAC systems, including knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical principles.
4. Ability to effectively use hand and power tools safely.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
8. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
