Competitive Pay: There are a number of ways to make great money at Home Helpers. Starting Base Pay between $16-$18 per hour (based on level of experience/ability, and availability). $16/hr is generally the starting pay for individuals with minimal to limited experience. $17-$18/hr is the starting pay for those that have experience. multiple opportunities for additional pay: Unlimited Income Potential Caregiver Referral Bonus Program, $1/hr performance bonus, $2/hr weekend differential. There are even some clients where additional pay is offered due to the location or complexity. It is our agencys vision to be a leader in pay and growth opportunities for our valued staff. - Caregiver Referral Bonus Program - "Unlimited Income Potential": This program allows you to share in the profits of the agency when referring other caregivers to work at the agency.
- Performance bonuses
- Early payroll access: you can take up to 50% of your earned wages prior to the pay date.
- $2/hr Weekend differential that allows those working weekends to receive additional compensation.
- Access to benefits that are partially paid for by the agency (vision, dental, disability, accident, etc).
- A lucrative on-call program that pays a minimum guaranteed amount of $70 just for being on-call (on-call = available and ready to go if we need you) during a designated period of time. If you are called to work, you make above and beyond the guaranteed amount.

Job Responsibilities (High-level)
* Homemaker & Companion Services: Companionship, Light-housekeeping, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Med Reminders, Transportation (in client's car ONLY), etc.
* Personal Care Services: Bathing, Feeding, Toileting, Transferring, etc.
* We're looking for great caregivers/home health aides that can be proactive, knowing what to do or how to make life easier for the client without the client having to ask for everything.
* You must be attentive and compassionate. You must have a great work ethic, an ability to show empathy for your client, and the ability to provide personal "hands-on" care. You must also be able to work with limited supervision, focusing on your client (as opposed to your cell-phone or other distractions).
Preferred Candidates have:
- Level 2 Background Check
- At least one year of work-related experience
- Must be able to provide work references
- For Personal Care clients, evidence of Home Health Aide training or current Florida CNA license or ability to pass Home Health Aide test (written and practical)
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of residence in the United States
- Current CPR card is required
- Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance & dependable vehicle
