STOP Restoration is hiring multiple Mitigation Demo Technicians to join our Team  This position is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.  As a Mitigation Demo Technician, you will help property owners in the Central PA Region when they experience damage from Fire, Water, Smoke, Mold, & Bio damage.  

The Mitigation Demo Technician will be responsible for completing production tasks as assigned by Restoration Foreman and Mitigation Manager.   Production tasks include removing damaged materials, extracting water, setting equipment, moving and storing furniture & contents, and doing other tasks as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Extracting water
• Move, clean, and store equipment and tools
• Remove affected materials and debris at job sites
• Maintain job safety
• Execute job action plan
• Content Manipulation
• Utilization of power tools
• Assist in Shop related duties
• Maintain company vans and trucks
• Drive company vehicles to job sites.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have Valid PA Drivers License
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation to Main Office in Centre Hall
• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and do physically demanding work.
• Must be able to wear required PPE & a fitted respirator when required
• On Call Rotation evenings and weekends when required.  (Typically 1 week per month)

Hourly:  $ 15-18 per hour plus Bonus & Incentives.  Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays after 90days.  Paid Training.
