Barista

Job Title: Barista

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages and providing excellent customer service to our patrons.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as other menu items

- Ensure quality control of all beverages and food items

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques and equipment

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent
