Day to day as a Lead Associate

As a Lead Associate at Feather Petroleum Company in New Castle, you will be the master of all trades in store operations. From assisting customers with transactions to ensuring the store is sparkling clean, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining quality service and products. Your role will involve guiding and supporting the team in daily duties, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing adherence to company processes. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing bookwork activities as delegated by the manager.
